RESULTS OF MATURITY CASH PAYMENT OR CONVERSION TO ORDINARY SHARES AND
FINAL INTEREST PAYMENT ON UNSUBORDINATED UNSECURED CONVERTIBLE
DEBENTURES OF R0.50 EACH ("DEBENTURES")

Debenture holders are advised that as at 17h00 on Friday, 28 December 2012, being the record date
for interest payment, conversion or repayment, valid conversion requests had been received in
respect of 47,644 debentures representing approximately 0.03% of the Debentures. Repayments will
be made in respect of 3,570,380 Debentures representing approximately 2.5% of the Debentures.
The balance of the Debentures are held by the Company’s parent company, Afspar Limited, a
subsidiary of Fluormin plc. Accordingly, and in accordance with the terms attaching to the
Debentures, the aggregate cash payment to be made by Sallies to debenture holders will be
R1,761,368.
                                    
The Debentures shall be delisted on 2nd January 2013.
