Shareholders are advised that the circular, incorporating a notice of a general meeting to be held at
10h00 on Friday, 18 January 2013 at Oppiedam, Balfour Road R550, Nigel 1490 has been mailed to
shareholders.

The notice of meeting contains proposed resolutions relating to inter alia the disposal of the properties
in Clayville, the properties in Bronkhorstspruit, the conversion of par value shares to no par value
shares and the adoption of a new Memorandum of Incorporation
