Index review announcement


Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with clauses 3 and 5 of the BGreen ETF Supplemental
Deed, the annual index review of the portfolio has resulted in the following changes (to be applied
after the close of business on Friday, 21 December 2012 and will be effective on Monday, 24
December 2012):


    1. 7 equities for inclusion to index – Absa Group (ASA), African Bank Investments Limited
       (ABL), African Rainbow Minerals (ARI), Discovery Holdings Limited (DSY), Grindrod Limited
       (GND), Lonmin (LON) and Royal Bafokeng Platinum (RBP)
    2. 8 equities for exclusion from index – Arcelor Mittal South Africa Limited (ACL), Liberty
       Holdings Limited (LBH), MTN Group (MTN), Murray & Roberts Holdings Limited (MUR),
       Northam Platinum (NHM), Pretoria Portland Cement Company Limited (PPC), The Spar
       Group (SPP) and Wilson Bayly Holmes-Ovcon Limited (WBO)


Consequently, the BettaBeta BGreen portfolio will consist of 42 securities after this rebalancing.
