RESULT OF ABLS4 NOTEHOLDERS MEETING

Noteholders are advised that, further to the meeting of ABLS4
Noteholders held on 12 December 2012, the Extraordinary Resolution
to amend the Pricing Supplement of the ABLS4 Notes, in the manner
indicated in the Notice of Meeting of ABLS4 Noteholders given by the
Issuer on 19 November 2012, was passed by a majority of 82.67% of
the value of the ABLS4 Notes held by the holders of ABLS4 Notes.


BINDING EFFECT
The Extraordinary Resolution to amend the ABLS4 Pricing Supplement
is binding on all ABLS4 Noteholders.


The updated Pricing Supplement can be viewed on www.abil.co.za from
13 December 2012.
