Appointment of Company Secretary and Change of Registered Office
Coal of Africa Limited (“the Company” or “CoAL”) is pleased to advise that it has appointed Mr Tony Bevan
as Company Secretary, effective today.
Mr Bevan works with Endeavour Corporate Pty Ltd, the company engaged to provide contract company
secretarial and accounting and administration services to CoAL following the closure of its Perth
office, as part of the Company’s drive to reduce overhead costs.
Mr Bevan is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ experience and is an experienced company
secretary.
The Company would like to thank Ms Shannon Coates, who ceases as Company Secretary today, for her
contribution to the Company.
CoAL further advises the closure of its Perth office at Level 1, 173 Mounts Bay Road, Perth,
effectively immediately. The Company’s new registered office details are as follows:
