RESULTS OF ROCKCASTLE GENERAL MEETING

Rockcastle shareholders (“shareholders”) are referred to the announcement released on SENS and the SEM Communiqué of
9 November 2012 relating to the posting of a circular to shareholders containing a notice of general meeting (“notice of general
meeting”).

Shareholders are advised that at the general meeting of shareholders held on Friday, 30 November 2012, the resolutions necessary
to give effect to the issue by the company of up to 100 000 000 Rockcastle shares and the amendment of the company’s
constitution as set out in the notice of general meeting, were passed by the requisite majorities.
