                                 RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange,
shareholders are advised that Mr Ron Weissenberg, an independent non-executive director of Beige has
resigned with effect from 22 November 2012.

The board expresses its gratitude to Mr Weissenberg for his commitment and services to the
Company since his appointment in March 2006.
