RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders of Wesizwe are referred to the circular posted
to shareholders on Thursday 25 October 2012 in regard to the
adoption of the Wesizwe Share Plan which included a notice of
general meeting (“Notice of General Meeting”).

The board is pleased to advise shareholders that the abovementioned
general meeting was held today and that all the ordinary resolutions
contained in the Notice of General Meeting were passed by the absolute
majority of shareholders present and eligible to vote.
