FURTHER TRADING STATEMENT UPDATE
In compliance with paragraph 3.4(b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, a listed company is required
to publish a trading statement as soon as they are satisfied
that a reasonable degree of certainty exists, that the
financial results for the next period to be reported on are
likely to vary by more than 20% from the previous
corresponding period.
Shareholders are advised that further to the Trading Statement
released on SENS on 5 November 2012, the company is expecting
earnings per share for the six months ended 31 August 2012 to
be between 143% and 163% lower compared to the earnings per
share for the previous corresponding period and headline
earnings per share for the six months ended 31 August 2012 to
be between 107% and 127% lower compared to the headline
earnings per share for the previous corresponding period.
The information in this trading statement has neither been
reviewed nor reported on by the Company`s external auditors.
The financial results for the six months ended 31 August 2012
are expected to be released on or about 30 November 2012.
