Lonrho owns 67.4%, has today made the following announcement:

Note 1: Statistics are for the current Fly540 network operating out of Kenya, Tanzania, Angola and

Note 2: The Fly 540 Tanzania operation ceased on 12th October in preparation for the launch of the
fastjet brand with A319 aircraft in November. This has reduced the Fly 540 seats available by approx.
10,000 seats per month.
