DISPATCH OF NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING TO ROCKCASTLE SHAREHOLDERS

Rockcastle shareholders are advised that the company has today dispatched a notice of general meeting to
Rockcastle shareholders (“general meeting”) which will be held at the registered office of the company
being Level 3, Alexander House, 35 Cybercity, Ebene, Mauritius at 10:00 Mauritian time (08:00 SA time)
on Friday, 30 November 2012 in respect of:

    - an authorisation for the company to issue up to 100 000 000 Rockcastle shares; and
    - the amendment of the company’s Constitution in order to provide for communication by the company
      with shareholders by way of post, electronic mail, facsimile or telex.

The salient dates and times in relation to the general meeting are set out in the table below:
