TRADING STATEMENT
In compliance with paragraph 3.4(b) of the Listing Requirements of the
JSE Limited, a listed company is required to publish a trading
statement as soon as they are satisfied that a reasonable degree of
certainty exists, that the financial results for the next period to be
reported on are likely to vary by more than 20% from the previous
corresponding period.
Shareholders are advised that the company is expecting earnings and
headline earnings per share, for the six months ended 31 August 2012,
to be more than 20% lower compared to the earnings and headline
earnings per share for the previous corresponding period.
An updated trading statement will be released once the company is able
to quantify, with reasonable certainty, the expected range of the
decline in the financial results.
The information in this trading statement has neither been reviewed nor
reported on by the Company`s external auditors.
