Shareholders are advised that Sasfin’s Integrated Annual
Report 2012 containing summarised Annual Financial
Statements of the Company for the year ended 30 June 2012
were posted on Friday, 26 October 2012 and contain no
modifications to the audited financial results which were
published on SENS on Monday, 10 September 2012. A
complete set of the Annual Financial Statements is
available on the Company’s website, www.sasfin.com.
Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 25th annual general
meeting of Sasfin shareholders will be held at 14:00 on
Monday, 26 November 2012 at 29 Scott Street, Waverley,
Johannesburg to transact the business as stated in the
notice of annual general meeting.
Record dates
The notice of annual general meeting was posted to
shareholders of the Company who were recorded as such in
the Company's securities register on Friday, 19 October
2012.
The date on which shareholders of the Company must be
recorded as such in the Company's securities register in
order to attend and vote at the annual general meeting is
Friday, 16 November 2012. The last day to trade in order
to be entitled to vote at the annual general meeting is
Friday, 9 November 2012. Proxy Forms must be lodged by
no later than 14:00 on Thursday, 22 November 2012.
