TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF AN ACQUISITION OF A BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN
SECURITIES

In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008
(“Act”) and regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations, 2011,
shareholders are advised that Holdsport has received the following
notification:

 - the acquisition by Investec Asset Management Holdings (Pty) Ltd (“Investec”), on 17
   October 2012, of shares, such that Investec’s total beneficial
   interest in the company on the day increased to 11.96% of the issued
   capital of the company.
