VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION OF LISTING



In compliance with paragraph 1.9(b) of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited, the Executive Chairman
and sole director of the board of directors of William Tell hereby notifies its shareholders that their appears
to be different levels of information in the market relating to the refinancing of the Company and the
situation cannot be remedied by the publication of an announcement, as such the Company has voluntarily
suspended the listing of its securities.

Once the Company has clarity on the information to remedy this situation a further announcement will be
made and the lifting of the suspension requested.
