Shareholders are informed that:

1.   Black Bear Resources Limited has brought an
     application in the North Gauteng High Court to place
     JCI under provisional liquidation (“the application”).

     The application was served on JCI on 20 September
     2012.

     JCI will be opposing the application and will file
     answering papers.

     The application will probably be heard some time
     during 2013.

2.   The audited financial statements of JCI for the year
     ended 31 March 2011 are in the process of being printed
     and will be posted to shareholders on 8 October 2012.


3.   The audit of the year ended 31 March 2012 is well
     advanced and it is anticipated that audited financial
     statements will be posted to shareholders on or about
     9 November 2012.
