NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND POSTING OF THE ANNUAL REPORT
Shareholders   are    hereby advised   that   further   to  the
publication of the detailed financial results announcement on
SENS on Wednesday, 12 September 2012 of Mvela Group’s audited
results for the year ended 30 June 2012, Mvela Group advises
that its 2012 Annual Report will be dispatched to shareholders
today, 25 September 2012 and contains no modifications from
the aforementioned SENS announcement. The Annual Report will
also   be  made    available on   the   Company’s   website  at
www.mvelagroup.co.za.

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of
Mvela Group will be held at the offices of Mvela Group, 2nd
Floor, 11 Crescent Drive, Melrose Arch, Johannesburg on
Monday, 5 November 2012 at 11h00, to transact the business as
set out in the notice of Annual General Meeting which forms a
part of the Annual Report of the Company. The date on which
shareholders must be recorded as such in the share register to
be eligible to vote at the Annual General Meeting will be
Friday, 26 October 2012.
