CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Shareholders are hereby advised that, following the announcement
on SENS on 13 July 2012, Mr John Ellis and Mr Jan Louw have been
appointed as members to the Audit and Risk Committee.

In addition to the above and in compliance with paragraph
3.59(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders are hereby informed that Mr. Henk van der Merwe has
resigned as chief executive officer and director from the Board
of Directors of Nutritional Holdings (“the Board”) with effect
from 31 October 2012.

The Board would like to thank Henk for his contributions to the
Company and wishes him well with his future endeavours.
