TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are
required to publish a trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that a
reasonable degree of certainty exists that the financial results for the period to
be reported upon next will differ by at least 20% from the financial results for
the previous corresponding period.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised that for the six months ended
30 June 2012 the company expects both a loss and headline loss of between
0.22 cents and 0.16 cents per share, compared to earnings and headline
earnings of 0.13 cents per share for the reviewed interim results of the six
months ended 30 June 2011.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not
been reviewed or reported on by the company`s auditors.
Andulela’s reviewed condensed interim results for the six months ended
30 June 2012 are expected to be released by no later than 28 September 2012.
