and is available on the Company’s website as of today, 19 September 2012
at www.afgri.co.za.The annual financial statements contain no
modifications to the audited consolidated results published on the
Securities Exchange News Services of the JSE Limited on 5 September 2012.

Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Notice is hereby given that the 17th AGM of the Company will be held on
Friday, 19 October 2012 at 10:00 at the AFGRI Building, 12 Byls Bridge
Boulevard, Highveld Ext 73, Centurion to transact the business as stated
in the notice of AGM (“the Notice”) included in the integrated annual
report.
