HOSPITALITY PROPERTY FUND LIMITED

In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and
Section 122(1) of the Companies Act, 2008, unitholders are advised
that Regarding Capital Management (Pty) Limited notified the
Company on 5 September 2012 that accounts under its management has
increased its holding in the Company to from 12,19% to 15,29% of
the voting rights of the B-linked units.
