                         TRADING STATEMENT

In terms of the JSE Listings Requirements, a listed company is
required to publish a trading statement as soon as its board of
directors (“board”) is satisfied that a reasonable degree of
certainty exists that the financial results for the next period to
be reported on will vary by more than 20% from those of the
previous corresponding period or from a profit forecast previously
provided to the market in relation to such period.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised that the board is reasonably
certain that the earnings per share and headline earnings per
share for the year ended 30 June 2012 will improve by 30% and 33%
respectively compared to the prior year’s published earnings per
share and headline earnings per share for 30 June 2011.

The above information has not been reviewed or reported on by the
Company’s auditors.
