DISCLOSURE OF SIGNIFICANT HOLDING OF ABIL PREFERENCE SHARES

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS at
16h50 today. Subsequent to the release of this announcement, the
company was informed that the change in holding was with reference
to preference shares, and not ordinary shares. Accordingly the
information is repeated below for clarity:

In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements       and
Section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 2008, shareholders      are
advised of the following:

Coronation Asset Management (Pty) Limited has on 27 August 2012,
notified the company that accounts under its management has
decreased its holding in the company, such that their total
interest in the preference shares of the company now amounts to
4.90% of the total issued preference shares of the company.
