Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements of Wearne were
distributed on Monday, 13 August 2012, and contain no modifications to the
audited results published on SENS on 22 June 2012.

Notice is hereby given that the 2012 annual general meeting of shareholders
will be held at 10:00 on Wednesday, 19 September 2012 at the company’s
