NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The integrated annual report containing audited annual financial
statements for the Company for the year ended 31 March 2012 has
been posted to shareholders on Friday, 10 August 2012. There has
been no change from the reviewed results for the year ended 31
March 2012, released on SENS on 24 April 2012 and the integrated
annual report. The annual financial statements were audited by
the Company`s auditors, BDO South Africa Incorporated and their
unqualified report is available for inspection at the Company`s
registered office.
The integrated annual report contains a notice of annual general
meeting of ordinary shareholders for the Company, which will be
held at Regarding Capital Management (Pty) Limited, 7th floor
Claremont Central, 8 Vineyard Road, Claremont, Cape Town on
Friday, 7 September 2012 at 12:00 for the purposes of passing
the resolutions as stated in the notice of annual general
meeting.
