FURTHER ISSUE OF UP TO 100 000 000 SHARES OF ROCKCASTLE GLOBAL REAL ESTATE
COMPANY LIMITED BY WAY OF A PLACING
The Board of Directors of Rockcastle Global Real Estate Company Limited (the “Company”) is pleased to
announce that the Listing Executive Committee of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (the “SEM”) has
approved, on 13 August 2012, the further issue of up to 100 000 000 ordinary shares of the Company at a
minimum price equal to the 30/day volume weighted average traded price of the Company’s shares prior to
the date on which the placing opens, and the listing of same on the Official Market of the SEM on or about
22 August 2012.
The placement opens on 16 August 2012 and may close at any time thereafter, as determined by the board of
the Company. The placement will take place through the Company’s Mauritian share register. Targeted
investors will be invited by the Company to subscribe for up to 100 000 000 of its new shares at US$1.03
per share.
In line with the Company’s strategy of investing in real estate and companies, as detailed in the Listing
Particulars, the additional capital raised through this offer will be used by the Company to invest in listed
real estate securities and/or direct property in selected jurisdictions.
For a full appreciation of the Company, the Supplement to the Listing Particulars relating to this further
issue, and the Listing Particulars of the Company should be read in their entirety.
Copies of the Supplements to the Listing Particulars and the Listing Particulars of the Company as requested
by the Listing Rules of the SEM, will be made available for inspection during normal office hours (from
9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) at the registered office of the Company which is situated at Level 3, Alexander House,
35 Cybercity, Ebene, Mauritius.
