CHANGES TO THE BOARD


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, IFCA Technologies Limited hereby
notifies shareholders that Mr Craig Whittle, CA (SA) has been appointed as an independent non-
executive director and chairman of the audit committee effective, 27 July 2012. Following articles at
Deloitte, Craig completed five years as a manager at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in London. He returned to
South Africa as an industrial analyst at Coronation Fund Managers after which he was a portfolio
manager at Omigsa Value Boutique followed by his appointment at Metropolitan Asset Managers. The
Board welcomes Craig and looks forward to the valuable experience that he will bring to the Board.


Mr Noel Doyle has resigned as an independent non-executive director and chairman of the audit
committee with immediate effect in order to pursue a new career opportunity which will leave him with
insufficient time to fulfill this role. The Board thanks Noel for his valuable contribution and wishes him well.
