UPDATE TO SHAREHOLDERS REGARDING THE CHANGE OF NAME OF PBT 
GROUP LIMITED TO PRESCIENT LIMITED ("the Change of Name"), THE 
CONVERSION OF PAR VALUE SHARES TO SHARES OF NO PAR VALUE ("the 
Share Capital Conversion"), THE ADOPTION OF A NEW MEMORANDUM 
OF INCORPORATION ("the MOI Adoption") 


Shareholders are referred to the announcement released by the 
Company on 10 July 2012, relating to the results of the 
general meeting at which meeting special resolutions relating 
to the Change of Name, the Share Capital Conversion and the 
MOI Adoption that was approved by shareholders. Following the 
above, shareholders are hereby advised that the Company is 
still awaiting registration of the Special Resolutions by the 
Companies and Intellectual Property Commission ("CIPC"). As a 
result, the salient dates and times applicable to the Change 
of Name, the Share Capital Conversion and the MOI Adoption, as 
set out in the announcement and circular dated 11 June 2012, 
are no longer applicable. A further announcement setting out a 
revised timetable will be made as soon as the resolutions have 
been registered with CIPC.
