DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 30 JUNE 2012 - UPDATE Further to the announcement released on SENS on 19 July 2012, holders of dbx FTSE securities are advised that the distribution payable on or about Tuesday, 31 July 2012 will be a minimum of ZAR 1.26019 per dbx FTSE security. This is based on the ZAR/GBP exchange rate prevailing on Wednesday, 25 July 2012 of 13.0850. The ZAR distribution amount of ZAR 1.26019 per dbx FTSE security is calculated as follows: Gross foreign dividends of ZAR 1.84142 (one eight four point one four two cents); Less: Withholding tax of ZAR 0.17267 (one seven point two six seven cents); Plus: Interest and equalisation of ZAR 0.01281 (one point two eight one cents); Less: Management fee of ZAR 0.42137 (four two point one three seven cents).
