Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements of SACMH for the year ending 
31 December 2011 were distributed today.


These annual financial statements contain no modifications to the audited results published 
on SENS on 5 June 2012 and revised on 10 July 2012.


Notice is hereby given that the 2011 annual general meeting of shareholders will be held at 
13:00 on Thursday 20 September 2012 at the offices of the company, Regus Office Park, 
2nd floor, West Tower, Nelson Mandela Square, Ward Street, Sandown, Sandton.
