Shareholders are advised that the annual report for the year ended 29 February 2012 will be dispatched to shareholders today (12 July 2012) and contains no material modifications to the reviewed results for that year, which were released on SENS on 23 May 2012.  Further disclosure relating to Corporate Services revenue has been made in the segment report, which has no impact on the financial results.

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of the company will be held on Friday, 10 August 2012 at 12:00 at the companys offices, 12 Gemini Street, Linbro Business Park, Sandton.
