RESULTS OF MANDATORY OFFER TO BEIGE SHAREHOLDERS                                
Shareholders are referred to the firm intention to make an offer announcement   
released by Lion Match on SENS on 27 January 2012, the offer circular dated 19  
March 2012 and the revised offer announcement released on SENS on 18 May 2012,  
regarding mandatory offers made by Lion Match to the minority ordinary and      
preference shareholders in Beige ("the offers").                                
Shareholders are advised that the offers, which closed at 12:00 on Friday, 15   
June 2012, were accepted in respect of 718 637 292 ordinary shares and 23 760   
264 preference shares, comprising 73.23% and 96.20% respectively of the total   
number of minority shares which were the subject of the offers.                 
Accordingly, together with the 562 841 737 ordinary shares (34.49% of the issued
ordinary share capital and 36.45% of the voting ordinary share capital          
(excluding treasury shares) purchased by Lion Match from Thebe Investment       
Corporation (Pty) Ltd, Lion Match now holds 1 281 479 029 ordinary shares       
(78.53% of the issued ordinary share capital and 82.99% of the voting ordinary  
share capital (excluding treasury shares) and 23 760 264 preference shares      
(95.04% of the issued preference share capital and 96.20% of the voting         
preference share capital) in Beige.
