that the Company has received formal notification in the prescribed form that JA
Etchells, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired an indirect         
beneficial interest in securities in the Company such that the total interest in
the securities of the Company held by JA Etchells (directly and indirectly)     
amounts to 5% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
