CPN - Capricorn Investment Holdings Limited - Update and finalisation announcement on the reverse listing CAPRICORN INVESTMENT HOLDINGS LIMITED (RENAMED MINE RESTORATION INVESTMENTS LIMITED PER CIPC ON 1 JUNE 2012) (Registration Number 1987/004821/06) ("Capricorn" or "the Company") Share code: CPN (to be MRI) ISIN: ZAE000149951 UPDATE AND FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE REVERSE LISTING The Company is pleased to advise shareholders that, following the SENS announcement published on 8 June 2012, which announcement noted that the Western Utilities Corporation (Pty) Ltd ("WUC") share certificate was still to be delivered to the Company from the Development Bank of South Africa ("DBSA"), delivery took place yesterday and that the share register has been appropriately updated to accurately reflect the share transfer in terms of the acquisition of WUC. To this end, the Company confirms that all conditions precedent relating to the acquisition, specific share issue, reverse listing and name change have been fulfilled. Shareholders are advised that the salient dates contained in the SENS announcement published on 8 June 2012 are now final.
