The board of directors of the Company has reasonable certainty that the earnings per share and headline earnings per share for the interim period ended 29 February 2012 will be at least 20% lower than the prior period ended 28 February 2011 results but does not have reasonable certainty to provide guidance on a range to describe the differences. The interim results for the period ended 29 February 2012 are in the process of being finalised and are expected to be released in due course.
