RIN - Redefine Properties International Limited - Debenture interest distribution finalisation announcement Redefine Properties International Limited (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number 2010/009284/06) JSE share code: RIN ISIN Code: ZAE000149282 ("the Company") DEBENTURE INTEREST DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT Further to the debenture interest declaration set out in the unaudited condensed consolidated interim results announcement for the six months ended 29 February 2012, which was published on SENS on 30 April 2012, linked unitholders are advised that the GBP:ZAR exchange rate for the interest distribution, payable on 28 May 2012, has been set at GBP1.00:ZAR12.8356. This is the effective forward rate of exchange from today`s date to 24 May 2012, being the date on which the Company will receive the pound sterling divided from its subsidiary, Redefine International P.L.C.
