He will also serve on the Protech Audit and Risk Committee. Terence is a Chartered Accountant with a wealth of experience at board and management level. In a career spanning more than 40 years, he has served as director on the boards of a number of listed companies across different industries including the construction industry. Terence has a proven track record in the spheres of group strategy, mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, corporate governance, BEE and competition related matters. Terence is the Chairman of Binnington Copeland and Associates and served as the Group Financial Director of Howden Africa Holdings Limited up to 1 March 2012. He was the Executive Director responsible for Enterprise Risk Management at Murray & Roberts Limited until his retirement in 2010.
