Please find attached a copy of the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")     
which has been dispatched to shareholders today.                                
In addition to the items specifically set out in the Notice of AGM, Gold One    
will also be proposing an additional item of business at the AGM, namely that   
its auditor, PricewaterhouseCoopers ("PwC"), be reappointed at the AGM pursuant 
to section 327H of the Corporations Act, 2001.  Under that section, PwC are     
required to retire at the AGM as a result of the recent change of control of the
Company.  Gold One will circulate materials about this additional item next     
week.
