The number of ordinary shares in issue at the date of the declaration was 286,202,373 and consequently the STC credits utilised per share amount to 5.91 cents per share. As stated in the announcement, the final gross dividend declared was 221 cents per share, accordingly the net dividend, to those shareholders who are not exempt from paying dividend tax, is therefore 188.74 cents per share.
