Shareholders are advised that, as a result of the Company having settled the litigation with former directors as detailed in the SENS announcement published today ("Settlement of Litigation with Former Directors and Officers"), the financial results of the Company for the year ended 31 March 2012 will reflect an increase of earnings per share and headline earnings per share of at least 20% from the financial results for the previous financial year. More accurate information will be provided when the Company has greater certainty on its results for the year ending 31 March 2012.
