FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT                                                 
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on    
30 January 2012 and are advised that New Corpcapital is still in                
negotiations with Sable Platinum Holdings (Pty) Limited ("Sable") and its       
shareholders regarding the proposed transaction (detailed in that               
announcement). Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise    
caution when dealing in New Corpcapital`s securities until a full               
announcement is made.
