DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE RMH SHARE INSTALMENT      
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for RMH HOLDINGS LIMITED  
and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating to RMH HOLDINGS       
LIMITED (RMH) the Trustees of the Share Instalment Trust have declared a        
dividend amount of 52 cents per RMHNIH share instalment that is payable on      
Monday, 26 March 2012. The payment will be rounded to two decimal places.       
The last day to trade cum dividend is Thursday,15 March 2012. The Share         
Instalment will commence trading ex-dividend from Friday,16 March 2012. The     
record date will be Friday,23 March 2012.
