Shareholders are advised that the Annual Report for the year ended 28           
February 2011, including a notice of annual general meeting ("AGM") of the      
company was posted to shareholders today.                                       
There have been no changes to the audited financial information previously      
published on SENS on 3 February 2012 for the year ended 28 February 2011 and    
that contained in the Annual Report.                                            
Shareholders are advised that the AGM will be held at 10h00 on Thursday, 5      
April 2012 at Arcay House II Boardroom, Number 3, Anerley Road, Parktown,       
Johannesburg, 2193.                                                             
The record date for purposes of determining which shareholders of the Company   
are entitled to participate in and vote at the AGM is Friday, 30 March 2012     
and the last date to trade to qualify for the record date is Friday, 23 March   
2012.
