Further to the interim results that were released on 23 February 2012,          
shareholders are advised that for the reviewed abridged consolidated financial  
statements for the six months ended 31 December 2011 have been reviewed by      
Accentuate`s auditors, PKF Gauteng Inc. Their unmodified review report is       
available for inspection at the company`s registered office.
