STA - Stratcorp Limited - Board resolution on financial assistance STRATCORP LIMITED (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number: 2000/031842/06) JSE code: STA ISIN: ZAE000034294 ("StratCorp" or "Group" or "Company") BOARD RESOLUTION ON FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE Shareholders are advised that in terms of section 45(5) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 ("the Act") the board of directors of StratCorp Limited has resolved to authorise the Company to provide financial assistance to related and inter-related companies within the StratCorp Group.
