Shareholders are advised that the ordinary and special resolutions proposed at  
the AGM of Sable held on Friday,   27 January 2012, except for the withdrawal of
ordinary resolution`s 2e and 3b, were approved by the requisite number of       
shareholders.                                                                   
The special resolutions, where applicable, will be filed with the Companies and 
Intellectual Property Commission in due course.                                 
RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND CHANGES TO THE BOARD       
The board is pleased to announce that Watermans Business and Administration     
Services (Pty) Limited have been appointed as company secretary following the   
resignation of Ms Carina de Beer as company secretary, with immediate effect.   
Shareholders are advised that Mr Dawid Pennington has resigned as non-executive 
director of the Company with immediate effect.                                  
The board wishes to thank Mr Pennington for his valuable contribution to the    
Company over the past three years.                                              
The board further advises shareholders that Mr Clinton Froneman will fill the   
vacancy left by Mr Dawid Pennington as independent non-executive director. Mr   
Froneman has over 20 years of experience in the property industry and is        
currently Financial Director of Abbeydale & Civils (Pty) Limited. Mr Froneman   
will also be appointed to the audit committee.                                  
The board wishes Mr Froneman all the best in his new position.
