Notice is hereby given that the eleventh annual general meeting of the Kelly    
Group`s shareholders will be held at 6 Protea Place, corner Fredman Drive,      
Sandton, on Thursday 23 February 2012 at 13h30 to transact the business as      
stated in the annual general meeting notice forming part of the annual financial
statements.
