DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT                                                       
Notice is hereby given that the following dates are of importance in regard     
to the semi-annual distribution by the Zshares GOVI.                            
Declaration of the amount to be distributed will be made on Monday, 2 April     
2012
