No Change Statement and Notice of Annual General Meeting                        
Shareholders are advised that Coronation`s 2011 integrated annual report,       
containing the group`s abridged annual financial statements for the year        
ended 30 September 2011, has been posted to shareholders on 22 December         
2011 and contains no modifications to the reviewed preliminary financial        
results which were released on the Securities Exchange News Service of          
the JSE Limited ("SENS") on 8 November 2011. The Company`s auditors,            
Ernst and Young Inc., have audited the annual financial statements and          
their unqualified report is available for inspection at the Company`s           
registered office. The integrated annual report and full set of annual          
financial statements will be available in the investor relations section        
of the Company`s website www.coronation.com.                                    
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the Company           
will be held on Thursday, 26 January 2012 at 10:00 at the Company`s             
premises at 7th Floor, MontClare Place, Corner Campground and Main Roads,       
Claremont, Cape Town, to transact the business as stated in the notice of       
the annual general meeting. The record date for the annual general              
meeting, determined in accordance with Section 59 of the Companies Act 71       
of 2008, is Friday, 20 January 2012, being the date on which a person           
must be registered as a shareholder of the Company for purposes of being        
entitled to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting. The          
last day to trade to be able to participate in and vote at the annual           
general meeting is Friday, 13 January 2012.
