The purchased Shares are expected to be held in treasury for a short time until they are cancelled in accordance with applicable law. Following the above purchase and until the shares are cancelled, the Company has a total of 85,288,422 shares in issue. Following cancellation of the Shares, which will be confirmed in another announcement, the issued share capital of the Company will be 82,088,422.
